Rising Spring-  Awakenings and Arrivals

The installation was initially commissioned in 2023 by Lakeside Arts, Nottingham, for their public space at the Wallner Gallery, strategically positioned between the café and the ticket box office. Designed to seamlessly integrate into an enclosed gallery, theatre space, or foyer, the installation offered an immersive and interactive experience that captivated audiences of all ages.
During term time, the installation became a popular attraction for families with young children and homeschoolers, who were drawn to its hands-on, exploratory nature. Visitors were encouraged to touch, interact, and engage with the various objects, sparking curiosity and fostering creative discovery.

The feedback from visitors was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for how the installation made art accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for audiences of all ages.
